How can I check on the status of my order?
Simply click on the Order Inquiry button and complete a quick form. For your security we identify you based on the last four digits of the credit card number and the last name of the person who placed the order. Please note that the last name must be the last name of the person placing the order, so if your order was a gift to someone else, be sure to enter your last name (not the last name of the recipient) to guarantee a match.
 
I just got an email acknowledging my order, but it didn't have a tracking number.
The tracking number is not available at the time we confirm your order, and will be sent to you in a separate email within 24 hours of the time your order ships.  It may take up to an additional 24 hours for the carrier (such as FedEx) to register the tracking number in their system before it can be tracked.  Tracking information may not be available for other shipping methods such as the U.S. Postal Service.
 
What if I've placed more than one order that I want to track?
No problem!  Enter your security information as described above.  At the top of the order detail screen is a section entitled Most Recent Orders Placed, with hyperlinked order numbers.  Simply click on the order number(s) you're interested in and you'll see the details - no need to re-enter your security information. Note that this section exists only if you have placed additional orders with that same credit card number and same last name.
