Pick/Pack/Ship
In addition to batch shipments, FSI can also maintain your inventory and ship on
an as-needed basis for ongoing fulfillment. We provide standard and premium pick/pack/ship services for various items such as
books, CDs, DVDs, non-perishable food products, promotional items, apparel, and
electronics. Our advanced barcode technology and integrated systems help ensure
the highest standards of accuracy.

Order Processing
FSI can receive and process orders from many different communication mediums including
internet/online catalog, local/toll free phone, fax, and email. Each account receives
dedicated customer service representatives trained to know your account's specific
needs.

E-Commerce
Well-designed online catalog sites can mean increased product sales for your business.
FSI can provide a secure online ordering site for you, or we can receive and download
orders from your existing website. Your online orders can automatically receive
order confirmations and shipment status emails complete with tracking information
to provide your customers with a consistently professional experience from the time
they place their order until the time the package arrives at their door.

Inventory Management
At your option, FSI will receive your inventory, verify counts, warehouse your products,
and process your orders. We provide both standard and customize reports of stocking
levels and movement analysis allowing you to make accurate purchasing and stocking
level decisions.
In addition to traditional pallet and carton storage we also maintain separate climate-controlled
and secured storage areas. Whether your products are shipped by the pallet, carton,
or individual unit, FSI has an inventory management system in place for you.

Assembly & Hand Work
FSI can assemble your P.O.P. displays or promotional pieces prior to fulfillment.
From simple collating, gluing, mounting, folding and poster rolling to more complex
mechanical assembly involving drilling, cutting, and/or heat bending, FSI can accomplish
the task.

Promotional & Data Services
Do you have an idea for a sweepstakes, rebate program, promotion, prize redemption,
or similar program? Let FSI manage the implementation details from winner selection
and notification to prize fulfillment. FSI has handled everything from million-dollar
sweepstakes with over a million entries, to smaller, local promotions.
FSI can also handle the database design and data entry for your custom promotions.
We can receive the entries at a dedicated PO box, enter the entries into a custom
database according to your program requirements, and send the final database to
you.
