FSI - Patty

Most of FSI's employees have been with us for a very long time, and today's employee profile is no exception.  Patty's smile and hard work make her right at home as part of our stellar production team. Let's see what Patty has to say about life at FSI.

How long have you worked at FSI?

I have been working at FSI for 9 years.

What is your role at FSI?

I am in production.  My daily activities include kit packing, handwork, assembly, shrink wrapping and other areas of the order fulfillment process.

What did you do before FSI, and how in the world did you get roped in with these guys?

I worked at a fulfillment warehouse in Marietta that moved out of state.  I have a friend working at FSI who also used to work for this former fulfillment company, and he put me in touch with the owners here at FSI.

What do you enjoy about the fulfillment business?

I like the fulfillment business because you are able to do different things and you don’t get bored.  There’s always something new and challenging!

What have been some of your memorable moments from your time at FSI?

I have enjoyed getting together with family and friends, also working to help organizations for charity such as the 5K runs (see photo below) and various other events FSI gets involved with.

What makes FSI different?

FSI is different from other places because of the nice people you work with - that makes the difference.  You can tell they care for us and others.

FSI has enjoyed some growth (16,000 ft² - 150,000+ ft²), longevity (14+ years), and won some awards along the way since the business began in 1996.  What would you attribute FSI’s success to?

FSI satisfies the needs of each client, and does whatever we can do to make sure clients are always happy.

What do you enjoy doing with your spare time outside of FSI?

I have 2 girls and we help our church in different ways together like cleaning and gardening.  There are also classes we do or complete their sacraments like first communion and confirmation.  We’re also active in other activities with the young people like choir and Bible studies.
