It is hard to believe, but today FSI turns 14.  So much has changed since  Hoyt and I founded FSI in 1996. There were so many Clients that were looking for a new kind of fulfillment company, and FSI was created to fill that need.  Today, companies still need top-notch fulfillment services, and we are honored to be the strategic fulfillment partner of choice. 

It has taken a lot of work and the best efforts of a diverse group of people, but I am proud of our Team and pleased with the technology and solutions they have created to serve some really great Clients. But I am also excited about projects currently in the works that will continue to raise the bar as we continue to grow and increase our service offerings. 

So on that note, thanks to everyone on our team for all their contributions, and to our Clients who rely on us each day. Happy Birthday, FSI!

 

 

We all know this is such a busy time of year, and as the holiday volume inevitably goes through the roof, it's often hard to take the time to stop and just appreciate the many joys of the season. When FSI was founded in 1996 we started out with a great business model that continues to bring dividends to our many Clients. But in spite of all our automation and investment in systems, fulfillment is a labor-intensive process. So it is with great pleasure that the management team at FSI reflects on the amazing associates of FSI who make this all possible. We are truly proud of them and of their many accomplishments, and greatly value all that they bring to the table throughout the year.

Our hope and prayer is that you also will take the time to enjoy the season and remember the reasons you're in business. You offer great products, great services, and you know how many smiles you put on the faces of the people you come in contact with.
